The Foundation’s mission is to establish and maintain a center for the Irish community of Worcester and a home for its members. This will be accomplished by fostering Irish cultural and educational endeavors in language, music, dance, visual arts and theater among others. The Foundation will accomplish these objectives through fund-raising activities while embracing the Hibernian principles of Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity.

The Foundation has been formed to promote educational, benevolent and social pursuits of its members, to establish and maintain reading rooms and places for social interaction of its members and to rent, lease, purchase, or otherwise provide premises for such purposes.

The Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors elected by the membership of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians. The Board meets the Third Tuesday of every month.
